Energy work is an umbrella term to describe a vast number of alternative wellness practices. The most commonly known is reiki and can also include sound or color therapy, tapping, breath work, crystal therapy, hypnosis, meditation, positive affirmations, etc.. Energy healing also includes things that are generally thought of as occult, like tarot card readings, past life readings, charm readings, astrology and more.
The practitioners at VIM understand that we are all energetic beings and our spirits need just as much attention and healing as our bodies.

Every session begins with grounding and centering before moving into group energy healing. This collaborative effort is enlightening and relaxing, sometimes we even get messages from the universe.
